About the hotel

Cesis is a charming little Latvian town with a romantic medieval feel, located on the banks of the picturesque Gauja River, with its unique harmony of parks and squares, historic buildings, cobblestone streets and wooden buildings in the Old Town.

HOTEL CESIS is located in the very center of the ancient city and fits perfectly into the historical landscape. The building boasts a rich history. Built in 1939, the hotel is now completely renovated, adding a touch of modern elegance to its ancient charm. During its existence it has become one of the symbols of city. Great location in the heart of the city for romantic relaxation, cultural and artistic enjoyment, business deals. All major attractions are within walking distance.

The hotel has 39 rooms, of which:
  • 7 single rooms - 14m², beds 120x200cm
  • 7 double rooms - 16m² - 24m², beds 160x200cm
  • 21 double rooms with separate beds - 16m² - 24m², beds 2 pcs. 90x200cm
  • 3 triple rooms - 23m² - 25m², 90x200cm 3 pcs. or 160x200cm 1pc. and 90x200cm 1pc.
  • 1 SUPERIOR room - 27m², beds 90x200cm 2pcs. and a sofa.

Rental of rooms for seminars and presentations

HOTEL CESIS offers the possibility to rent premises for various types of events. Hotel staff will be happy to help you arrange a quality seminar, conference or presentation, offering everything you need - a work-friendly atmosphere, technical equipment, group work space, quality dining and accommodation. The only thing you will be responsible for – the thematic content of the event.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is easily accessible by public transport and private car. We offer 2 seminar halls for up to 60 participants.

Cesis is a city of history and culture, so organizing part-time events can be perfectly combined with a beautiful excursion or concert visit to the Vidzeme Concert Hall “Cesis”.

We offer catering services: coffee breaks, banquets, lunch and dinner. When you organize a seminar or conference, you also have special discounts on overnight stays.

HOTEL CESIS solarium is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! It is advisable to book your preferred time of visit at the hotel reception or by phone +371 64120122.
